What is God's response to our faltering faith and recurring doubt? The Israelites were God's chosen people and witnessed God's incredible miracles and deliverance, yet they repeatedly failed to fully trust God. In today's podcast, we talk about how similar we are in our own faith journeys. We see God work in our lives and in the world around us, and yet we succumb to doubt and wandering, but we find hope and encouragement in God's response to the Israelites!

Deuteronomy 31:7-8 (ESV) Then Moses summoned Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you shall go with this people into the land that the Lord has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you shall put them in possession of it. It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”

Matthew 7:3-5 (NIV) “Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
